Crostata di zucchine e mortadella
La crostata di zucchine e mortadella è una torta salata, un piatto molto appetitoso e unico. Il ripieno composto da mortadella tagliata a strisce, salsa e zucchine è davvero molto gustoso. La crostata di zucchine e mortadella è anche decorativa e può arricchire la tavola!!
Ingredienti
Per la pasta
- Farina: 400 g
- Burro: 100 g
- Uovo: 1
- Sale
- Lievito per torte salate: 1 bustina
Per il ripieno
- Zucchine: g 500
- Pomodori: 2
- Cipolla: 1/2
- Mortadella: 200 g
- Groviera: 50 g
- Formaggio grana: 50 g
- Olio: 1/2 bicchiere
- Uova: 2
- Sale
- Basilico
Preparazione
Ripieno
Lavare le zucchine, tagliarle a fettine longitudinali e farle bollire in acqua salata fino a metà cottura. Soffriggere nell’olio la cipolla tritata, aggiungere i pomodori pelati e tagliati, un pizzico di sale, un pizzico di basilico e far cuocere lentamente. Lasciare raffreddare ed unire, mescolando, le uova sbattute ed i formaggi grattugiati amalgamando bene.
Pasta
Preparato il ripieno, disporre sulla spianatoia la farina a fontana; sgusciarvi l’uovo e immettervi un pizzico di sale, il burro liquefatto e freddo e, da ultimo, il lievito per torte salate. Impastare il tutto con graduale aggiunta dell’acqua necessaria, lavorando per qualche minuto. Dividere l’impasto in due parti uguali, stenderle con il mattarello e ottenere dei dischi adatti ad una teglia per crostate.
Crostata
Disporre uno dei due dischi di pasta nella teglia, imburrata e spolverata di farina, rialzandolo leggermente sul bordo. Sistemare la mortadella tagliata a fette, versare uno stato di zucchine e quindi uno di salsa, livellando. Dal secondo disco ricavare dei tondini e posarli come ultimo strato. Passare in forno caldo.
Tempo di cottura 40 minuti: a temperatura moderata.
