La frutta secca è considerata la regina delle feste, tanto che non può mai mancare sulle tavole in queste occasioni così importanti. Per frutta secca non si intende solo quella essiccata, ma anche quella a guscio esistente in natura come le noci e le mandorle. Spesso la frutta secca è vietata per l’elevato apporto calorico; la frutta secca fornisce dei preziosi nutrienti per l’organismo. Basti pensare agli antiossidanti, ai minerali, alla vitamina C, vitamina A, tiamina e la riboflavina presenti nei mirtilli secchi, nell’uva passa e nelle prugne secche che sono due volte più concentrate rispetto alla frutta fresca. 


Gli effetti benefici della frutta secca sono innumerevoli e come sempre, basterà limitare le dosi evitando di strafare per non eccedere con le calorie.


⧫  Le ciliegie secche, ideali a fine pasto, sono ottime perché ricche di fibre, sono inoltre dei frutti fortemente antiossidanti. Contengono anche nutrienti fondamentali come il beta-carotene, l’acido folico, il ferro e il potassio. 





⧫ Le noci sono considerate tra le migliori fonti vegetali di proteine. Contengono buone quantità di fibre, fitonutrienti e antiossidanti, come la vitamina E. Presentano anche molti steroli vegetali (sostanze grassi di origine vegetale), che aiutano ad abbassare il colesterolo e riducono il rischio di malattie cardiache. 








⧫ Le albicocche e le prugne secche contengono quantità molto elevate di potassio. Il sodio e il potassio regolano l’equilibrio elettrolitico, contribuendo a mantenere la pressione sanguigna 
nei parametri. 







⧫ Il mango secco esalta la vitalità della pelle, grazie al suo contenuto in vitamina A, C ed E, nonché di omega3 e omega6, necessari per la salute dell’epidermide. Il mango rientra tra quei frutti considerati afrodisiaci, capaci di migliorare e risvegliare la sensualità. trova tutti d’accordo, perché scientificamente non provato. 
Un buon apporto di vitamine e antiossidanti comunque si può rivelare certamente utile.

Sono considerati una fonte importante di fibre, aiutano a mantenere sani i denti e le gengive; aiutano l’organismo a combattere i radicali liberi  e a mantenere sane le ossa. 









⧫ Le mele e le albicocche essiccate contengono una grande quantità di fitonutrienti che fungono da efficaci antiossidanti, 
oltre ad essere buone fonti di fibre, agendo così come antitumorali. Contengono inoltre vitamina A, vitamina C e ferro, andando a combattere l’anemia.
