- Criptococcosi
- Aspergillosi (ceppi spesso resistenti)
Viene somministrato per via orale ed escreto per via renale.

Precauzioni:
- Prima del trattamento, identificare l’agente patogeno e determinare la sensibilità in vitro.
- Riduzione della dose in caso di insufficienza renale.
- Controllo ematologico periodico.
