- 200 gr di farina di quinoa
- 1 uovo
- 80 g di olio di semi
- 200 gย di cioccolato bianco
- 150 g di lamponi o frutti di bosco
- Una bustina di lievito per dolci
- Un pizzico di saleย
Preparazioneย

- In una ciotola capiente sbattere l’uovo con l’olio, il latte eย un pizzico di sale. Aggiungere la farina e il lievito giร mescolati insieme e setacciati, amalgamare con l’aiuto di una frusta,ย
fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo. - Per ultimo aggiungereย il cioccolato bianco ridotto a scaglie, i lamponi o i ย frutti di boscoย (siย possono usare freschi oppure quelli congelati).
- Riempire iย pirottiniย di muffin per tre quarti e cuocere 20 minuti a 180ยฐ nelย forno giร ย caldo. Lasciare intiepidire prima di servire.
