- Petto di pollo a fettine g: 800
- Latte:1 decilitro
- Farina g:150
- Limoni

Preparazione petto di pollo alla mugnai
- Mettete a bagno il petto di pollo nel latte per 10 minuti.
- In un tegame sciogliete il burro, adagiate il petto di pollo sgocciolato e infarinato, rosolate su entrambi i lati, irrorate con succo di un limone, salate e infine servito nel piatto da portata con il prezzemolo tritato e il limone rimasto tagliato a fettine.
