Pomodori al gorgonzola
Pomodori freschi maturi: 19 calorie ogni 100 grammi
Gorgonzola: 320 calorie ogni 100 grammi
4 pomodori tondi maturi
100 g di gorgonzola piccante
50 g di burro
Olio
Sale e pepe
Procedimento
Dividete a metà i pomodori, svuotateli dai semi,
fateli sgocciolare e insaporiteli con un po’ di sale
e pepe.
A parte impastate il gorgonzola con il burro fresco
un po’ ammorbidito, bagnate l’impasto con un po’
d’olio e aggiungete sale e pepe.
Riempite abbondantemente i pomodori con
l’impasto ben amalgamato.
