La ricetta di farinata agli asparagi è un piatto unico, gustoso. Di facile preparazione riesce a soddisfare i problemi di tempo e la preparazione di una ricetta unica e nutriente.
Asparagi: proprietà
Gli asparagi sono uno scrigno di nutrienti benefici, tra i quali possiamo trovare fibre vegetali, acido folico e vitamine, con particolare riferimento alla vitamina A, alla vitamina C ed alla vitamina E. Presentano inoltre un interessante contenuto di sali minerali, tra i quali è bene evidenziare il cromo, un minerale che permette di migliorare la capacità dell’insulina di trasportare il glucosio dal flusso sanguigno verso le cellule del nostro organismo….greenMe
Ingredienti per 4 persone:
- Farina di ceci g: 150
- Asparagi g: 200
- 1 cipollotto
- Curcuma in polvere
- 1 ciuffo di prezzemolo
- Yogurt di soia
- Olio extravergine di oliva
- Sale e pepe
Preparazione
- In una ciotola stemperate la farina di ceci con 5 decilitri di acqua tiepida e tre cucchiai d’olio, salate, coprite con la pellicola trasparente e conservate in frigorifero per 30 minuti. Mondate, lavate e tagliate a tocchetti gli asparagi.
- In una padella con l’olio stufate il cipollotto mondato e tritato, disponete gli asparagi, continuate la cottura per 5 minuti, insaporite con il prezzemolo tritato, salate e pepate.
- Immergete gli asparagi nella pastella, versate il composto in una teglia unta con olio e infornare a 200° per 25 minuti.
- Servite la farinata nel piatto da portata con al centro lo yogurt di soia e spolverate con la curcuma.
