Preparazione salmone al cartoccio con carote al timo
Grattiamo le carote dalla loro patina esterna, laviamole e tagliamole a rondelle sottili. Prepariamo un intingolo con olio, limone, timo fresco e pepe. Mescoliamo l’emulsione e mettiamola da parte.
Da un rotolo di carta forno, ritagliamo 4 cartocci di uguale misura, capaci di accogliere il pesce. Sistemiamo ciascun filetto in un cartoccio. Sul fondo del cartoccio, stendiamo qualche rondella di carota, poi adagiamoci sopra il pesce condito con qualche cucchiaino di marinatura al timo. Facciamo la stessa con gli altri filetti, quindi chiudiamo bene i cartocci e mettiamo in forno per 25 minuti e 170°.
Sforniamoli e portiamoli a tavola ancora caldi. Una volta aperti, possiamo profumare con altro timo fresco.
