Sorbetto all’uva
Il sorbetto all’uva è un dolce gelato a base di uva che ha una consistenza leggera e setosa. Il sorbetto all’uva ha un sapore intenso e dolce grazie all’utilizzo di uva fresca e matura. Ingredienti
- 500g di uva nera
- 200g di zucchero
- 250ml di acqua
Procedimento:
- Lavare bene l’uva, rimuovere i piccioli e metterla in un frullatore. Frullare fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.
- In una pentola, sciogliere lo zucchero nell’acqua a fuoco medio, mescolando fino a quando lo zucchero si è completamente sciolto. Lasciare raffreddare per qualche minuto.
- Versare il succo d’uva frullato nella pentola con lo sciroppo di zucchero e mescolare bene.
- Trasferire il composto in una macchina per il gelato o in un contenitore adatto per il freezer.
- Se si utilizza una macchina per il gelato, seguire le istruzioni del produttore per la preparazione e congelare fino a quando il sorbetto non raggiunge la consistenza desiderata.
- Se si utilizza un contenitore nel freezer, coprire con un foglio di alluminio e congelare per 2-3 ore. Ogni 45 minuti circa, togliere dal freezer e mescolare energicamente con una forchetta per rompere i cristalli di ghiaccio e ottenere una consistenza più cremosa. Ripetere questo processo fino a quando il sorbetto non raggiunge la consistenza desiderata.
- Servire il sorbetto all’uva in coppette o coni da gelato e gustarlo freddo.
