Spaghetti con acciughe, peperoncino e pane fritto
Gli spaghetti con acciughe, peperoncino e pane fritto sono un primo piatto mediterraneo facile da realizzare. E’ preparato con pochi ingredienti poveri e facilmente deperibili. La ricetta è molto semplice ma il piatto è completo e può essere ideale sia per un pranzo che per una cena.
Ingredienti per 4 persone
- 400 g di spaghetti
- 500 g di polpa di pomodoro
- Filetti di acciuga sott’olio
- 80 g di olive verdi
- 50 g di capperi
- 2 peperoncini
- 1 spicchio d’aglio
- 100 g di pangrattato
- Finocchietto selvatico
- Olio extravergine d’oliva
- Sale
Preparazione
- In una padella con l’olio soffriggete l’aglio, disponete i filetti di acciuga sgocciolati, fateli sciogliere, unite le olive, i capperi e peperoncini sminuzzati. Rosolate per 5 minuti.
- Aggiungete la polpa di pomodoro, salate, coprite e continuate la cottura per 20 minuti.
- In un tegame con l’olio rosolate il pangrattato, fino a quanto è dorato.
- Cuocete gli spaghetti in acqua salata, scolateli al dente, trasferiteli nella padella con il sugo preparato, amalgamateli sul fuoco per qualche minuto e servite nel piatto con il pan fritto e il finocchietto selvatico.
