- 4 cucchiai di olio d’oliva
- Sale e pepe q.b.
PREPARAZIONE DEL TACCHINO AL FORNO ED ERBE AROMOTICHE
- Preriscaldare il forno a 180°C.
- In una ciotola, mescola insieme il succo di limone, la scorza grattugiata di limone, l’aglio tritato, le erbe aromatiche, l’olio d’oliva, sale e pepe.
- Prendi il tacchino e strofina la marinata di limone ed erbe aromatiche su tutta la superficie del tacchino, assicurandoti di coprirlo uniformemente.
- Disponi il tacchino in una teglia da forno e coprilo con un foglio di alluminio.
- Metti il tacchino nel forno preriscaldato e il cuocilo per circa 20 minuti per ogni chilo di peso del tacchino. Quindi, se il tuo tacchino pesa 4 kg, dovrebbe cuocere per circa 1 ora e 20 minuti.
- Dopo il tempo di cottura, rimuovi il foglio di alluminio e continua a cuocere il tacchino per altri 30 minuti o fino a quando la pelle sarà dorata e croccante.
- Verificare la cottura del tacchino utilizzando un termometro da cucina inserito nella parte più spessa della coscia. La temperatura interna dovrebbe raggiungere i 75-80°C per una cottura completa.
- Una volta cotto, togli il tacchino dal forno e lascialo riposare per circa 15-20 minuti prima di affettarlo. Questo aiuterà a mantenere la carne succosa e consentire una distribuzione uniforme dei succhi.
