Il tacchino in agrodolce è un piatto tradizionale della cucina italiana che combina sapori dolci e agrodolci. Ingredienti
- 500g di petto di tacchino a fette sottili
- 2 cucchiai di farina
- 3 cucchiai di olio di oliva
- 1 cipolla media, affettata sottilmente
- 2 spicchi di aglio, tritati finemente
- 1 peperone rosso, tagliato a strisce
- 2 cucchiai di zucchero
- 3 cucchiai di aceto di vino bianco
- 3 cucchiai di salsa di soia
- 1 cucchiaino di maizena
- Sale e pepe q.b.
- 2 cucchiai di semi di sesamo (opzionale)
Preparazione del tacchino in agrodolce
- Iniziate passando le fette di petto di tacchino nella farina, assicurandovi che siano ben ricoperte da tutti i lati. Mettetele da parte.
- Scaldate due cucchiai di olio di oliva in una padella antiaderente su fuoco medio-alto. Aggiungete le fette di tacchino e cuocetele da entrambi i lati fino a quando saranno dorati. Quando sono pronte, toglietele dalla padella e mettetele da parte.
- Nella stessa padella, aggiungete una goccia di olio di oliva e aggiungete la cipolla affettata, l’aglio e il perone rosso. Cuocete per alcuni minuti fino a quando le verdure saranno tenere.
- In una ciotola a parte, mescolate lo zucchero, l’aceto di vino bianco, la salsa di soia, la maizena e un pizzico di sale e pepe. Mescolate bene per sciogliere completamente la maizena.
- Versate la miscela di salsa nella padella con le verdure e mescolate bene. Portate a ebollizione e lasciate cuocere per circa 2-3 minuti o fino a quando la salsa si sarà addensata leggermente.
- Aggiungete le fette di tacchino nella padella con la salsa e le verdure. Cuocete per altri 2-3 minuti, girando delicatamente le fette per rivestirle con la salsa.
- Se lo desiderate, cospargete i semi di sesamo sul tacchino in agrodolce e servite caldo.
